Joy Coaching, Wellness Workshops, & Yoga
Wellness doesn’t have to mean a complete lifestyle overhaul or following the latest trend. My approach is about weaving simple, accessible practices into your daily routine, so you don’t feel like you’re adding one more thing to your to-do list.
Through mindfulness practices, movement, and guided reflection, I help people discover moments of calm, joy, and presence that already exist in everyday life. This makes wellness feel natural, sustainable, and personalized rather than forced. When self-care is integrated into what you’re already doing, it becomes something you look forward to—a steady source of clarity, balance, and energy.

“This was the highlight of the conference for me. It really stood out as the best, far better than others. She created a sense of belonging on a zoom session which is nearly impossible.”
NACADA Conference Attendee, 2024
“Sarah led a truly engaging and impactful session for our community. She shared practical mindfulness strategies while also creating a welcoming space for meaningful discussion and reflection. Her professionalism, clear communication, and warm facilitation style kept participants engaged and left them inspired with tools they could use right away.”

“I've been practicing yoga for over a decade, and in 2023, I took my first class with Sarah. I've never encountered someone so deeply committed to her students' growth. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. What Sarah offers goes beyond instruction; it's a gift. A gift of intentional movement, self-awareness, resilience, and strength—qualities you may not have realized you had, but that she’s always seen in you. Her group fitness classes are undoubtedly challenging, yet her thoughtful structure and clear, supportive cueing guide you with confidence from the very first breath of class to the last.”

“I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Sarah as both my educational mentor and my yoga teacher, and she stands out in both roles. Her yoga sessions are genuinely inspiring. She fosters a friendly, soothing environment where everyone feels at ease, no matter their skill level. She infuses her teaching with patience, optimism, and a true enthusiasm for health, making each class both centering and encouraging. Sarah’s talent for guiding, motivating, and relating to individuals is evident, and I am confident she will bring that same spirit and commitment to her business.”
