Serendipitously Well is built on the belief that small moments of awareness, movement, and reflection can create powerful shifts over time.
Through mindfulness practices, yoga, and guided reflection, I help people rediscover moments of calm, joy, and clarity that already exist in everyday life.
When we pause long enough to listen to ourselves and realign with what matters, life often begins to open in unexpected ways.
This is where serendipity lives.
At the heart of Serendipitously Well is the Serendipity Method—a simple framework for reconnecting with yourself and opening to new possibilities.
Pause – Create space to slow down and step out of autopilot.
Listen – Notice what your body, emotions, and values are telling you.
Realign – Make small shifts toward what truly matters.
Open – Allow curiosity and possibility back into your life.
Receive – Notice the opportunities and connections that begin to appear.
Serendipity isn’t just luck. Often it emerges when we create space for it.
Serendipitously Well offers several ways to explore wellness and personal realignment depending on where you are in your journey.
Personalized guidance to help you reconnect with yourself, realign with what matters most, and create meaningful change in your life.
Yoga classes, workshops, and retreats designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in community.

“This was the highlight of the conference for me. It really stood out as the best, far better than others. She created a sense of belonging on a zoom session which is nearly impossible.”
NACADA Conference Attendee, 2024
“Sarah led a truly engaging and impactful session for our community. She shared practical mindfulness strategies while also creating a welcoming space for meaningful discussion and reflection. Her professionalism, clear communication, and warm facilitation style kept participants engaged and left them inspired with tools they could use right away.”

“I've been practicing yoga for over a decade, and in 2023, I took my first class with Sarah. I've never encountered someone so deeply committed to her students' growth. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. What Sarah offers goes beyond instruction; it's a gift. A gift of intentional movement, self-awareness, resilience, and strength—qualities you may not have realized you had, but that she’s always seen in you. Her group fitness classes are undoubtedly challenging, yet her thoughtful structure and clear, supportive cueing guide you with confidence from the very first breath of class to the last.”

“I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Sarah as both my educational mentor and my yoga teacher, and she stands out in both roles. Her yoga sessions are genuinely inspiring. She fosters a friendly, soothing environment where everyone feels at ease, no matter their skill level. She infuses her teaching with patience, optimism, and a true enthusiasm for health, making each class both centering and encouraging. Sarah’s talent for guiding, motivating, and relating to individuals is evident, and I am confident she will bring that same spirit and commitment to her business.”
